Chef & Owner.

MOYA KUHNYA was founded by our Chef & Owner, bringing 15 years of professional culinary experience to every dish.

Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with Middle Eastern and European cuisine, developing a deep understanding of traditional flavours, techniques, and recipes. The past 6 years of this journey have shaped the culinary style and dishes that define MOYA KUHNYA today.
