His story
Diea Blan has 15 years of professional culinary experience. Throughout his career he has worked extensively with Middle Eastern and European cuisine, learning traditional flavours, techniques and recipes.
Moya Kuhnya is the kitchen he opened for himself in Bangtao. The menu is his: handmade khinkali and khachapuri, borscht and kharcho, Uzbek pilaf and lagman, saj and qutab, hummus and shawarma, and a grill for everything in between.
